Radio Hotel - New York

Perfect little and spotlessly clean rooms, I had great experience.

The hotel was unique and the location was marvellous and excellent just off subway station. I was offered a room with nice views of downtown and even LaGuardia in the distance. The bed was amazing, the bathroom was spacious.

The place was modern and unique, it worked for me.

Brand-new hotel with very friendly and knowledgeable staff and stunningly beautiful views of downtown. The restaurant was good, for guests and visitors...

The rooms were extremely spacious and delightful equipped with even LaGuardia in the distance, window overlooking the patio plus the patio. The setting was comfy, really close to the stores. It also was really close to the metro station.

Stylish hotel, comfortable room, with affordable grab and go drinks and super friendly cleaning staff who ensured my stay was pleasant.

I really enjoyed our stay in the room, especially with the polished concrete floors and plenty of electrical sockets for all our gadgets. The sun terrace and garden area were perfect spots to unwind after a busy day. Just a heads-up, the parking fees were a bit steep, but overall, we had a fantastic time! 😊

The air conditioning system is a nightmare!!! The lights turn off unexpectedly, quite annoying!!! The location, while near the subway, faces some colorful characters that can be off-putting.

I stayed for 6 nights in a studio. The room had a nice shower bench and beautiful blue tiles. Wi-Fi worked well, a plus. The weekend brought a loud band that played for three hours each evening was great. The cleaning was inconsistent. Trash bins weren't emptied regularly, and toilet paper wasn't restocked, forcing me to search for some. I requested a fix for the broken curtain but nothing happened. The front desk staff lacked friendliness and seemed dismissive. It's a decent place, but the noise and service issues need addressing.

I stayed here for three nights with my family while seeking medical treatment nearby. The hotel was conveniently located close to the hospital, which was a major plus for us. The housekeeping staff knocked on our door quite late in the afternoon, which was disruptive. The room was decent, but the beds and pillows weren’t the most comfortable for resting. While it had its drawbacks, it served our needs well at that time.

The neighborhood offers fantastic food options, like the cozy cafe nearby. Unfortunately, noise from the street and a lack of timely service detracted from our experience. Pro tip, Request a quieter room at check-in to minimize disturbances.

convenient stay with quick access to parks and attractions

i had a great time here, as it was just a short walk to highbridge park and around the corner from the united palace, making my weekend city strolls super enjoyable.

The hotel had a nice area and friendly staff, which made a great impression. Rooms are a bit cramped and the lack of towels was frustrating, but at least everything was clean. Just wish there were better dining options available and more attention to housekeeping would improve the experience.

The room was clean and the location provided a peaceful experience away from noise. Excellent water pressure in the shower made for refreshing mornings.

I enjoyed the vibrant murals and fun decor throughout the hotel. The colorful design felt cute, and I appreciated the easy access to public spaces, including seniors like me.

More comfortable seating in common areas would be helpful.
